How to Place an Order

Creating an Account

  1. Select Log In located on the top right of the page to navigate to the registration page.
  2. Under New Customers, select Create an Account.
  3. Fill out all of the pertinent fields. Enter your email address and your chosen password twice, then select Submit.
    Please note: password is case sensitive.
  4. You will be redirected to your account dashboard, with a message stating "Thank you for registering with ArcelorMittal Promo Shop." You are now ready to place an order!

Promotional Item Purchasing

The promotional products on the ArcelorMittal Promo Shop are filed under the categories displayed on the top of every page. A click of the mouse will take you to that category page.

Once you choose the quantity and options (if applicable) of a desired product, select Add to Cart. You will then be redirected to your shopping cart for review. You can continue shopping by browsing through the categories, or select the Checkout link at the top of the page to begin the checkout process.

Completing Your Purchase

  1. You may be asked to log in if you have not already done so. You have three options:
    1. Enter your credentials and click Login.
    2. If you have not yet registered, you may select the radio button next to Register and then select Continue.
    3. You may also choose to check out as a guest by selecting the radio button next to Checkout as Guest, and then selecting Continue.
  2. Please enter your billing information into the appropriate fields. At the bottom of the form, choose whether or not you would like to ship to your billing address, and select Continue.
  3. If you chose to ship to a different address, please enter your shipping information now, and select Continue when finished. If you chose to ship to your billing address, skip this step.
  4. Federal Express Ground Collect has been pre-selected for your shipping method. If you need to ship on a different account, you will be asked for the shipping account number later. Select Continue.
  5. Choose a payment method (for example: credit card, purchase order, etc.) and complete the required information. Select Continue when finished.
  6. Please review your order for accuracy. If you are shipping on a different account, please enter the shipping account number in the Special Instructions box. When ready, select Place Order to complete the checkout process. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
